We are currently recruiting for a Delivery Analyst for leading energy company based in Milton Keynes. The Delivery Analyst is responsible for supporting the Delivery Managers in providing insight to customers, reviews and examines data, highlighting energy consumption, cost, trends and potential savings. Provide reporting deliverables to customers within Customer specific SLA. To manage customer communications and to identify anomalies within the reports produced to correct errors.

Duties and responsibilities of a recovery Administrator will include:

* Delivery of proactive data quality management techniques (i.e. Health checks, user data entry audits) to ensure that customer Sigma Databases are Accurate, Complete and Timely

* Proactive identification of data quality issues and escalation following Bureau Quality Management System processes.

* Report delivery and production, including: Meter Read reports, Budget reporting, Exception reporting, Query reporting

* Schedule management for Reports and Imports

* Setup of Management Information System (DMI) Report Trackers and ensuring they are always up-to-date

* Data analytics, reviewing customer data for potential additional invoicing errors or energy management opportunities, data integrity etc.

* Database updates

Essential requirements for a Recovery Administrator will include:

* Degree Educated

* Very strong Excel skills with the ability to do VLOOKUP

* Numeracy – ability to use numbers and solve problems

* Data analysis

* Customer Focused

* Coaching skills (to support Data Management Administrators)

* Working to deadlines, SLA's goals and KPI objectives

* Effective prioritisation and execution of tasks in a high-pressure environment

* Understanding and application of data analysis techniques
