We have a range of schools in Swindon who work closely with Academics to take on a number of enthusiastic graduates into these SEN Teaching Assistant positions on a 1:1 or small group basis. A Teaching Assistant's Responsibilities Include
* To provide continued support for the teacher
* To carry out one to one and/or small group work with students
* Providing tuition and booster sessions with pupils working at a lower ability or on the Special Educational Needs register
* Reading sessions and providing numeracy and literacy support Successful Candidates Will Have
* Enhanced DBS (we can support you with your application)
* Experience of working with SEN children within the mainstream setting of KS3 – 4
* Strong Behaviour Management Strategies
