Our Corporate teams help us grow our business and keep things running smoothly. Sales, Client Development, E-Commerce, Marketing and Customer Services are some of the teams you will work within and will have the potential to progress a career after the Graduate scheme. They work with many of the major high street and online retailers ASOS, Next, Pretty Little Thing, Arcadia, Amazon Boohoo, Missguided, Ebay to name a few.

What our 18 month scheme involves:

4 placements within the Operations, Customer Services, Sales and Client Development
Hermes Management Development programme
Mentor within the business to support you
Graduate peer networking and development days
You will be based in our Head Office in Morley, however there will be a requirement to travel nationally on certain placements.

Our Commercial Management scheme is all about creating our next Business Development or Customer Service Managers. Working as part of different central teams, you’ll develop new skills and learn about our business and industry. Tackling problems and getting stuck into business priority projects, you’ll find out where your talents lie and which team suits you the best. As well as a variety of central placements, you’ll experience working in a Hub and Depot to get a better understanding of our operations and how they impact our customers and their needs.

Supported every step of the way, you’ll enjoy structured training and the chance to shine working on exciting projects. You’ll gain wide-ranging experience of a big business and bags of industry insight. Not only do our parcels take incredible journeys our people do too. 

What you’ll need to be a Hermes Graduate:

Have or be expecting a 2:1 degree
The determination to take ownership of problems and solve them
Strong analysis, problem solving and decision making skills
A full UK driving license
Great communication skills and the ability to lead, influence and build strong working relationships with a diverse team of people
Positive attitude, resilient, determined and a great listener and communicator
