Our client is a leader in the automotive financial services industry.

The Contracts Management Graduate will manage the operational administrationand support the Operations Manager. The post-holder will be responsible for managing the De-fleet and End of Contract. And through day to day actions ensure compliance of all regulatory requirements and industry standards. Further to this, the Graduate will enhance the brand through continued commitment to the organisation's vision and values.


Respond to and resolve inbound customer queries to include quoting and rescheduling of agreements.

Answer all verbal and written queries and manage expectations to customer satisfaction.

Update and maintain customer records for quoting & contracts (within the Miles system.)

To follow and (wherever possible) make constructive efforts to improve current processes and suggest alternative solutions for best practice.

Ensure that the Operations Manager is aware of potential issues associated with work queues.

Own all customer issues through to resolution.

Work effectively with colleagues in support functions around the business to

maximise customer satisfaction.

Monitor own performance to ensure adherence to targets, deadlines and


To focus on the needs of the customer with the aim of providing value driven


To maximise opportunities for customer retention through prompting telephone and/or email conversations with all Leasys UK customers coming to the end of their contracts.

To work with Operations Manager to produce quotes for the 'Extension and Loyalty campaign'.

To adhere to the formal regulatory Processes and Policies.

To adhere to the Financial Conduct Authority's & British Vehicle Rental & Leasing

Association's regulations and requirements, including Treating Customers Fairly.

To check expired leases and report to Operations Manager.

Provide 3rd party services providers with the required information for de-fleet of

contract hire vehicles.

Processing of daily reports from 3rd party service providers.

To meet individual performance targets and adhere to any departmental Service

Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators.

Such other duties as management may from time to time reasonable


A recent Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a relevant discipline. 1 years' experience in an Administrative position preferred
Experience in the Automotive or Consumer Finance industry preferred
