Role: Contracts Coordinator

Due to new contract wins and continued success in the market, our client who work nationally, specialising in the supply and installation of traffic signs, lighting, civils and associated work, are seeking a Contracts Coordinator to join their team.
The successful candidate will possess attributes matching the following criteria:
Live near Northampton / Podington
Schemes and project knowledge
IT skills Excel / word / SharePoint knowledge
Able to run multiple projects and write daily reports.
Order materials ahead of project start dates and liaise with estimators and control costs for large construction projects.
Possess a full, clean, driving license
Within this role, you will be able to program the works for Construction contract sites on a broad range of competences – Civils / Electrical / Live Connections and Technology.
Attend and organise program meetings with upper management.
Ensure reports are completed daily from Managers and Supervisors.
Help organise and order materials with Electrical / Civils Managers at pre Construction level.
Attend site when required to talk to clients and pick up any issues – be able to organise yourself with a weekly whereabouts.
Report to ICP Manager and the directors
