Key Responsibilities
As a Commercial Graduate, you will rotate roles across the 3 disciplines of Brand Marketing, Category Management and Sales
Direct responsibility early in your role for a customer, a category, or an element of brand management for one of our leading brands.
Gather insights on your customer, category or brand and develop a customer plan, a brand plan or category plan based on those insights that drives growth
Manage budgets to agreed levels to deliver your plan
Support research projects as required
Present proposals or insight to customers to help drive mutual growth
Manage day to day priorities for customers, brands, or category needs What You’ll Need
Business related Degree preferred – 2.1 or above
Strong motivation to progress within a commercial organisation
Ability to collaborate well within supportive team environment
Structured, proactive thinking with communication skills to verbalise clearly & concisely
Commercially savvy with good analytical, numeracy and excel skills
Self-starter with strong decision-making ability to prioritise & get things done
Ability to demonstrate Pilgrim’s Food Masters values of Determination, Ownership, Sincerity, Simplicity, Humility, Availability and Discipline
