Our client in Guildford is seeking a Claims Administrator to undertake claims administration and claims related projects. This role would be well suited to a bright, enthusiastic graduate.

* Able to demonstrate a range of oral and written communication skills. Someone who is able to present views in a professional way to a variety of stakeholders who have differing needs with regard to content and the level of detail;
* Strong analytical skills in order to identify trends in data and then design and implement improvement strategies in order to find pragmatic solutions.
* Adjusting skills, the ability to identify early exposure and to plan and consider an appropriate resolution strategy in line with the Claims Philosophy.
