We are recruiting for a Business Support Graduate to join our Leeds office on a permanent basis due to recent growth and expansion. You will join a busy and fast paced team where there are multiple opportunities to learn and develop into various roles within the business including Candidate Management, Account Management or Sales.

The key skills and experience that we are looking for in a Business Support Graduate are;

At least 6 months experience through an internship or paid employment, preferably in customer service, office administration, hospitality or retail
Degree educated
Have excellent communication skills with a confident telephone manner
Ability to work in a fast paced environmentAs a Business Support Graduate, you will have a varied training programme which will include, in time, all areas of the recruitment cycle including candidate management, key client management, marketing & branding and recruitment project management. You will be a key support to Senior Consultants in the business working predominantly with new and active candidates. This role offers a variety of both administration and telephone-based customer service & contact. Some of the duties you can expect to be responsible for are;

Listening to and taking detailed notes on new vacancies from your colleagues to understand what skillset and experience is required for each role
Managing the response from job adverts for our live vacancies
Pre-screening candidates over the phone to better understand their skills and experience
Invite suitable candidates in to register with us and follow up with a diary invitation and confirmation email
Managing the diaries of the Consultants in the team for booking in candidates
Building relationships with active candidates who are looking for work and applying for our advertised jobs
Keeping in touch with candidates on the progress of their job search including organising interviews and taking interview feedback This is a role that offers fantastic training and a rewarding career with our well established, family run company.
