Our Business Graduate Career Discovery scheme is a unique 2-year program that allows you to experience various roles and departments within Siemens Healthineers. You'll gain valuable insights, develop a broad skill set, and build a strong foundation for your future business career.
Over the course of two years, you'll complete four 6-month rotations, each in a different area of our business. That means:
* During these placements, you'll be empowered to influence and tailor your career pathway to fit your own personal career discovery program to discover your passion and strengths within Siemens Healthineers
* You'll be paired with experienced mentors who will provide guidance and support and help you navigate your career path
* You'll have access to extensive training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge as part of our Graduate Development Programme
To apply, you must be a recent graduate with a bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in business, finance, or related fields. You will also require the following:
* Good analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and teamwork abilities
* Adaptability and eagerness to learn and grow
