Solutions and Service Design (SSD)
You will be working with the SSD Management team, collaborating with multiple stakeholders to develop and manage solutions aimed at addressing patient pathway pinch points and accelerating access to treatment. Projects can be digital and non-digital and are co-created with the NHS and Novartis cross-functional teams.
Here you will:
Learn how to manage projects end to end
Support the business in pain point identification and solution design
Select, assess, and manage vendors
Participate in innovative initiatives
Define KPIs for each solution type and track performance and measurement of impact.
Listen, learn, design and execute
Customer Experience Activation
You will work with the Customer Experience Activation team to develop and implement integrated omnichannel strategies and tactics, ensuring an exceptional customer experience across the business. By providing customers with relevant content at the optimal time and through the appropriate channels, this rotation will help gain a competitive edge and drive the achievement of the Novartis' business objectives.
Here you will:
Support the optimised use and adoption of our core channels/platforms including customer-facing websites, SEO and email automation
Support content marketing for inline and pipeline brands
Develop and deploy marketing automation campaigns as a journey specialist and learn about campaign set-up, content design and interpreting campaign analytics and other operational implementation for digital marketing purposes
Drive customer experience mindset and ways of workingBusiness Insights & Analytics
You will join our team of curious Insights and Analytics managers to drive data-driven decision-making throughout the organisation. You will support in crafting compelling narratives from the wealth of data and insights available at Novartis, enabling us to make informed and meaningful decisions.
Here you will:
Support the market research projects ongoing through the Insights & Analytics team. Learn how we run a market research project, report the data, and most importantly embed the insights within that team to drive insight led decision making
Support the Insight & Analytics managers with the analytics requirements in our different therapy areas and learn how we bring data into the organisation, how we structure that data and translate it into insight to help the teams make better decisions.
There may be ad hoc opportunities to support the customer engagement and strategic account analytics projects.Throughout the programme you will have the opportunity to work alongside an inspiring and expert team and get involved in the cutting-edge work we do. You will be graduating in 2024 with a relevant degree in business management, digital marketing, I.T or a science or numeracy-related degree where statistics or analytical methods have been used. Candidates must have a strong interest in multi-channel marketing, a self-starter and be keen to understand the pharmaceutical industry.
Some relevant work experience is preferred, but in all cases you are able to demonstrate:

Expected to achieve a 1st or 2:1 in a UK Bachelors or Integrated Masters degree in Business, Digital Marketing, I.T or a science, healthcare-related degree or numeracy related degree with a strong emphasis on statistic and analytics
