About Us

Blueprint Recruitment Solutions is a successful professional recruitment business which has grown quickly to become one of the leading technical recruitment companies in the UK. Due to expansion, we are looking to recruit an additional graduate Business Development executive to work as a client-focussed Recruiter at our offices on the Cams Hall Estate in Fareham, near to Portsmouth.

The position

We are looking for a recent or fresh Graduate to join our recruitment consultant sales team on client business development projects. No previous experience is required but you should have a university degree and an aptitude for sales. The position will involve networking with clients, developing new business and building relationships with customers, both on the telephone and in face-to-face meetings.

About you

You will be a graduate and will be looking for a sales job that is predominantly office-based. You will have a competitive and determined personality and an excellent telephone manner. You will also have a desire to hit targets and the motivation to earn as much as you can through a good basic salary as well as bonuses and commission.
