The successful Behaviour Mentor will have a minimum of a 2:2 degree or higher and with a passion to help vulnerable student access Education. Any enhanced training or knowledge of specific behavioural/language therapies will be extremely advantageous.

What is a Behaviour Mentor?

Behaviour Mentors are required to provide guidance to class teachers and school-wide on a 1:1 basis with key individuals who are experience behavioural, emotional and social difficulties.

Based in Romford, the school are seeking an experienced graduate to join and expand their support staff team. They are passionate about improving the quality of academic and social development of their pupils and want to meet a Behaviour Mentor who can inspire their pupils accordingly.
