Assistant Quantity Surveyor / Graduate

I have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor / Graduate to join a successful construction contractor, working on a range of high and smaller value contracts. My client has exciting growth plans, an experienced and driven management team and a secured pipeline of work on some key projects.
Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for?
Contract Negotiation
Assist with management of the tender process
Cost Value reporting
Change control & variations
Upstream & downstream reporting
Keeping the senior management team up to speed with progress of the works
Understanding client's requirements to ensure client satisfaction
Assisting the commercial team with month end figures
Developing good working relationships with the stakeholders
Checking works orders for completeness and accuracy
Liaising with subcontractors and dealing with invoicesAssistant Quantity Surveyor Qualifications/ Experience:
Degree in Quality Surveying or similar
NEC3 Experience (preferred)
Some experience within a similar sector e.g. construction, civil engineering, rail, highways is desirableAssistant Quantity Surveyor skills we are looking for:

Full UK driving licence
