Accounts Assistant / Finance Graduate – Richmond – Up to £32k
A great opportunity exists for a finance graduate looking for their first or second role within finance to join an expanding organisation in southwest London.
This is a great opportunity to train and develop within a small accounts department where you will be supporting a management accountant and the head of finance.
Recording and reconciling the Sales and Purchase invoices in the accounting software
Ensuring timely settlement of sales invoices from suppliers.
Preparing the weekly payment runs for all group companies.
Preparing bank reconciliations for all entities and accounts.
Preparing other balance sheet reconciliations including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
Monitoring the finance inbox and actioning as appropriate.
Experience required:
Degree from a top 20 university in a relevant or transferable degree subject.
Previous professional experience, e.g., Industrial Placements, Graduate Schemes, Post Graduate Schemes is seen as a nice to have
