Person specification- & Role- 1st Class Psychology Graduate with SEN Experience
This position would suit a strong-willed and confident Psychology graduate who has;
• A first-class degree and a pure passion for equal education for all
• A positive attitude towards learning that will keep pupils motivated even when tackling complex topics.
• Has previously supported SEN students with Behavioural and Emotional needs
• The ability to build positive relationships with all pupils including families and staff
• Use your knowledge of the children to effectively deliver engaging lessons
• Working 1:1 and on a small group basis
• You will be responsible for ensuring that each child has complete access to their education and school life
