BT Business Graduate Programme.
This BT Graduate Scheme is home to all of our non-technical roles, and it’s designed to put ambitious, commercially-minded graduates at the top of their game. Over two years, you’ll be laying a foundation to a career that will lead to a senior leadership role at BT. The only difficult decision is whether you’d prefer to undertake a specialist stream, such as Business Analysis, Marketing or Legal, or take a broader focus by selecting Business Management stream.

BT Technology Graduate Programme.
This BT Graduate Scheme is designed to expose ambitious, technically engaged graduates to the most advanced technologies in the world. Throughout two years, you’ll contribute to some pretty exciting projects. And you’ll have the chance to work alongside some of the best technical people in the industry.

The BT Graduate Scheme can be based in a variety of locations. The major regions are listed below:

Application Dates for BT Graduate Scheme.

The BT graduate scheme starts in September every year. Initial online application dates vary. Technology programme application are usually open until the Summer. Business applications are required earlier.

BT Graduate Salaries & Benefits.

Starting salaries for the BT Graduate Scheme vary (£27,750 – £31,500) depending on which programme you join, but every graduate enjoys a great benefits package.

BT Graduate Scheme Requirements.

To get onto the Business graduate programme, you must have:

– at least a 2:1 degree (or be on course to graduate with a 2:1) – we’ll accept a 2:2 if you also have a postgraduate degree (for the legal function you must have a 2:1).
– at least 320 UCAS points from your top three A levels or equivalent (for example top five Scottish Highers, top six Irish Leavering Certificates, or other international equivalent).
– fluent English.
– UCAS requirement is from your top three A levels, excluding general studies.

To get onto the Technology graduate programme, you must have:

– at least 280 UCAS points with a predicted or achieved 2.1. degree in a relevent subject.
– or a predicted or achieved 2.2 degree with 340 UCAS points, or an additional postgraduate degree .
– fluent English.
– UCAS requirement is from your top three A levels, excluding general studies.
